📝 How to Place a Customized Order

  1. Select the product you want customized.

  2. Contact us via WhatsApp or DM with:

    • Product name or screenshot

    • Required measurements or changes

    • Any design references (optional)

  3. Our team will confirm availability, price difference (if any), and delivery time.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Custom orders may take 5 to 10 working days depending on the complexity and current workload.

💸 Customization Charges

  • Minor changes: Free or minimal cost

  • Major changes: Additional charges will be quoted after reviewing your request

🚫 No Exchange or Refund on Customized Orders

  • All customized pieces are made specially for you, so we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless there's a defect.
